Georgia High School Basketball - Appling County routs Berrien

February 4, 2025: Nashville, GA 31639

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Appling County Pirates basketball team scored a big 77-50 triumph over the Berrien Rebels.

The Pirates (15-7) will now prepare for their contest against Crisp County (Cordele, GA). The Cougars go into the AA Region 3 contest with a 3-19 record. In their last contest, Crisp County was trounced by Tattnall County (Reidsville, GA), 45-28, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Rebels battle the Worth County Rams (Sylvester, GA) in a A D1 Region 1 contest, on Thursday, February 6. Berrien will attempt to better on its 2-21 season record. The Rams go into the contest with a 11-8 record after their 50-37 league win over Brantley County (Nahunta, GA).
