The ESTEM Mets basketball team scored 71 points and limited the host Bauxite Miners to 45 in the Mets league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mets now have a 17-11 record. They play next when they travel to Mills University Studies for a 4A Region 5 South game on Friday, February 7. ESTEM will confront a Comets team coming off a 58-25 league win over Hall (Little Rock, AR). The Comets record now stands at 11-9.

With the loss, Bauxite falls to 5-18 on the campaign. The Miners host Fountain Lake (Hot Springs National Park, AR) to confront the Cobras in a 4A Region 5 South game on Friday, February 7. The Cobras go into the game with a record of 10-10.
