Nebraska High School Basketball - Cambridge toppled by Bertrand

Bertrand Vikings (Bertrand, NE) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Cambridge Trojans (Cambridge, NE), 49-41 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Bertrand advances its record to 8-12 on the year. The Vikings host Medicine Valley (Curtis, NE) to face the Raiders in a non-league match on Friday, February 7. The Raiders enter the match with a record of 2-16. Medicine Valley lost 49-41 in their recent league match against Wauneta-Palisade (Wauneta, NE)

The Trojans now own a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hi-Line [Eustis-Farnam/Elwood] for a non-league match on Thursday, February 6. Cambridge will face a squad coming off a 60-46 non-league win over Medicine Valley (Curtis, NE). The record now stands at 3-15.
