The Taylor Tigers (Taylor, AR) basketball were winner over the visiting Columbia Christian Crusaders (Magnolia, AR), 10-0 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 21-4 record. They play next when they travel to Bearden for a 1A Region 8 bout on Thursday, February 6. Taylor will play a Bears team coming off a 47-36 non-league loss to Junction City (Junction City, AR). The Bears record now stands at 12-11.
With the loss, Columbia Christian falls to 1-20 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Emerson (Emerson, AR) to play the Pirates in a 1A Region 8 bout on Friday, February 7. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 23-6. Emerson won 76-20 in their recent league bout against Strong (Strong, AR)
