Virginia High School Basketball - James Monroe victorious over Culpeper County

February 4, 2025: Fredericksburg, VA 22401

In Tuesday's league contest, the host James Monroe Yellow Jackets basketball team scored a good 78-69 triumph over the Culpeper County Blue Devils.

The Yellow Jackets (17-0) will now prepare for their contest against Chancellor (Fredericksburg, VA). The Chargers go into the Battlefield contest with a 15-4 record. In their last contest, Chancellor topped Courtland (Spotsylvania, VA), 58-49, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Blue Devils battle the Eastern View Cyclones (Culpeper, VA) in a Battlefield contest, on Friday, February 7. Culpeper County will attempt to better on its 14-5 season record. The Cyclones go into the contest with a 5-13 record after their 52-43 league win over Spotsylvania (Spotsylvania, VA).
