In Tuesday's league contest, the host Earle Bulldogs basketball team scored a big 59-19 win over the Hillcrest Screamin Eagles.
The Bulldogs (23-5) will now prepare for their contest against Pulaski Academy (Little Rock, AR). The Bruins come into the non-league contest with a 25-0 record. In their last contest, Pulaski Academy smashed Morrilton (Morrilton, AR), 65-31, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Screamin Eagles battle the Armorel Tigers (Armorel, AR) in a 1A Region 3 contest, on Friday, February 7. Hillcrest will attempt to better on its 4-20 season record. The Tigers come into the contest with a 5-18 record after their 74-7 league loss to Earle (Earle, AR).
