California High School Basketball - Willows can't get by East Nicolaus

The Willows Honkers basketball squad (Willows, CA), was nudged 52-48 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting East Nicolaus Spartans (Nicolaus, CA)

With the victory, East Nicolaus advances its record to 14-11 on the year. The Spartans travel to Stone Ridge Christian (Merced, CA) to meet the Knights in a non-league battle on Friday, February 7. The Knights enter the battle with a record of 11-8. Stone Ridge Christian won 54-10 in their recent league battle against Delhi (Delhi, CA)

The Honkers now own a 6-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Winters for a Sacramento Valley battle on Friday, February 7. Willows will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 47-42 league loss to Durham (Durham, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 13-6.
