The Elkins Elks basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Greenland Pirates to 40 in the Elks league triumph on Tuesday.

The Elks now have a 18-4 record. They play next when they travel to West Fork for a 3A Region 1 game on Friday, February 7. Elkins will confront a Tigers team coming off a 54-34 league loss to Lincoln (Lincoln, AR). The Tigers record now stands at 7-12.

With the loss, Greenland falls to 14-10 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Lincoln (Lincoln, AR) to confront the Wolves in a 3A Region 1 game on Thursday, February 6.
