The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Mount View Mustangs (Thorndike, ME) and the visiting Erskine Academy Eagles (South China, ME), observed Mount View's basketball team knock off Erskine Academy by a score of 60-48.

The Mustangs (17-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Morse (Bath, ME). The Shipbuilders come into the non-league challenge with a 8-12 record. In their last challenge, Morse was knocked off by Leavitt (Turner, ME), 48-45, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles encounter the Lincoln Academy Eagles (Newcastle, ME) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 6. Erskine Academy will attempt to improve on its 13-4 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 6-12 record after their 57-21 non-league win over Maine Central Institute (Pittsfield, ME).
