Georgia High School Basketball - Milton overwhelms Gainesville

The Milton Eagles basketball team scored 70 points and limited the host Gainesville Red Elephants to 31 in the Eagles league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles now have a 18-6 record. They play next when they travel to Roswell for a AAAAA Region 7 game on Friday, February 7. Milton will confront a Hornets team coming off a 85-48 league win over Seckinger (Buford, GA). The Hornets record now stands at 13-11.
With the loss, Gainesville falls to 12-10 on the campaign. The Red elephants host Seckinger (Buford, GA) to confront the Jaguars in a AAAAA Region 7 game on Friday, February 7. The Jaguars go into the game with a record of 6-15. Seckinger lost 56-38 in their recent league game against Johns Creek (Johns Creek, GA)
