The Glenbrook North Spartans basketball team scored 56 points and limited the visiting Maine West Warriors to 29 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Spartans now possess a 20-6 record. They play next when they travel to New Trier for a Central Suburban - South game on Friday, February 7. Glenbrook North will confront a Trevians team coming off a 45-37 non-league loss to Libertyville (Libertyville, IL). The Trevians record now stands at 14-13.

With the loss, Maine West falls to 8-17 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Vernon Hills (Vernon Hills, IL) to confront the Cougars in a Central Suburban - North game on Friday, February 7. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 18-10. Vernon Hills lost 57-44 in their recent non-league game against Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL)
