North Carolina High School Basketball - Union Academy crushes Gray Stone Day

The Union Academy Cardinals (Monroe, NC) basketball crushed the host Gray Stone Day Knights (Misenheimer, NC), 59-15 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Cardinals now possess a 17-1 record. They play next when they host South Stanly for a 1A/2A Yadkin Valley bout on Friday, February 7. Union Academy will play a Rowdy Rebel Bulls team coming off a 44-30 league loss to North Stanly (New London, NC). The Rowdy Rebel Bulls record now stands at 0-18.
With the loss, Gray Stone Day falls to 2-12 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Albemarle (Albemarle, NC) to play the Bulldogs in a 1A/2A Yadkin Valley bout on Friday, February 7. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 16-4. Albemarle won 71-25 in their recent non-league bout against North Rowan (Spencer, NC)
