The Hannibal Pirates basketball team scored 66 points and limited the visiting Moberly Spartans to 25 in the Pirates league triumph on Tuesday.

The Pirates now possess a 10-6 record. They play next when they host Jefferson City for a non-league game on Thursday, February 6. Hannibal will play a Jays team coming off a 68-46 non-league win over Warrensburg (Warrensburg, MO). The Jays record now stands at 5-13.

With the loss, Moberly falls to 3-18 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Mexico (Mexico, MO) to play the Bulldogs in a North Central Missouri game on Friday, February 7. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 9-9.
