The Independence Patriots (Glendale, AZ) basketball crushed the visiting La Joya Community Fighting Lobos (Avondale, AZ), 49-20 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Patriots now possess a 4-10 record. They play next when they host Desert Edge for a non-league bout on Thursday, February 6. Independence will play a Scorpions team coming off a 55-25 league loss to Paradise Valley (Phoenix, AZ). The Scorpions record now stands at 4-17.
