KIPP Columbus Jaguars (Columbus, OH) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Ohio School for the Deaf Spartans (Columbus, OH), 30-27 in a league match.
With the victory, KIPP Columbus advances its record to 6-5 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Horizon Science Academy (Columbus, OH) to face the Hawks in a non-league match on Friday, February 7. The Hawks enter the match with a record of 2-13. Horizon Science Academy lost 62-7 in their recent non-league match against Marion-Franklin (Columbus, OH)
The Spartans now own a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Non Varsity Opponent for a non-league match on Wednesday, February 5. Ohio School for the Deaf will face a squad coming off a 48-20 non-league loss to Rochester School for the Deaf (Rochester, NY). The record now stands at 95-207.
