Utah High School Basketball - Waterford knocks off Maeser Prep Academy

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Waterford Ravens basketball team scored a good 34-24 win over the Maeser Prep Academy Lions.

The Ravens (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against Rowland Hall (Salt Lake City, UT). The Winged Lions come into the 2A Region 17 contest with a 4-12 record. In their last contest, Rowland Hall dropped by St. Joseph (Ogden, UT), 45-18, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Lions battle the Draper APA Eagles (Draper, UT) in a 2A Region 17 contest, on Thursday, February 6. Maeser Prep Academy will attempt to better on its 6-14 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 16-5 record after their 71-26 league win over American Heritage (American Fork, UT).
