In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Quitman Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 45-33 win over the St. Joseph Bulldogs.
The Bulldogs (26-0) will now prepare for their contest against Newport (Newport, AR). The Greyhounds come into the non-league contest with a 15-10 record. In their last contest, Newport defeated Hoxie (Hoxie, AR), 69-20, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Shirley Blue Devils (Shirley, AR) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, February 6. St. Joseph will attempt to better on its 10-12 season record. The Blue Devils come into the contest with a 1-27 record after their 59-34 league loss to Calico Rock (Calico Rock, AR).
