Spiro Bulldogs (Spiro, OK) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Vian Wolverines (Vian, OK), 51-36 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Spiro advances its record to 15-3 on the year. The Bulldogs host Wister (Wister, OK) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league match on Friday, February 7. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 8-16. Wister lost 66-17 in their recent non-league match against Red Oak (Red Oak, OK)

The Wolverines now own a 4-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westville for a Big Eight match on Thursday, February 6. Vian will meet a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 46-32 league loss to Keys (Park Hill, OK). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 11-6.
