In Tuesday's league test, the West Central Trojans (Hartford, SD) basketball squad got by the visiting Tri-Valley Mustangs (Colton, SD), by a final score of 41-36.
Next, the Trojans clash with the Madison Bulldogs (Madison, SD) in a A Region 3 test, on Friday, February 7. West Central will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 1-13 record after their 52-16 non-league loss to Deubrook (White, SD).
The Mustangs (6-8) will now prepare for their test against Dell Rapids (Dell Rapids, SD). The Quarriers come into the A Region 3 test with a 6-11 record. In their last test, Dell Rapids held off Baltic (Baltic, SD), 65-35, in a league test.
