California High School Basketball - Branham thwarts Evergreen Valley

The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Branham Bruins (San Jose, CA) and the visiting Evergreen Valley Cougars (San Jose, CA), observed Branham's basketball team knock off Evergreen Valley by a score of 45-27.
The Bruins (11-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Willow Glen (San Jose, CA). The Rams come into the challenge with a 1-8 record. In their last challenge, Willow Glen dropped by Christopher (Gilroy, CA), 58-24, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Cougars encounter the Prospect Panthers (Saratoga, CA) in a challenge, on Thursday, February 6. Evergreen Valley will attempt to improve on its 6-9 season record.
