The Lord Botetourt Cavaliers (Daleville, VA) basketball edged the host Fleming Colonels (Roanoke, VA), 44-41 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Cavaliers now possess a 13-5 record. They play next when they travel to Northside for a non-league bout on Friday, February 7. Lord Botetourt will play a Vikings team coming off a 63-21 non-league loss to Pulaski County (Dublin, VA). The Vikings record now stands at 0-16.
With the loss, Fleming falls to 3-2 on the campaign. The Colonels host Staunton River (Moneta, VA) to play the Golden Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 11. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a record of 2-13.
