Virginia High School Basketball - Staunton overwhelms Stuarts Draft

The Staunton Storm basketball team scored 55 points and limited the visiting Stuarts Draft Cougars to 20 in the Storm non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Storm now have a 17-1 record. They play next when they host Wilson Memorial for a non-league game on Thursday, February 6. Staunton will confront a Green Hornets team coming off a 32-24 non-league loss to Riverheads (Staunton, VA). The Green Hornets record now stands at 5-11.
With the loss, Stuarts Draft falls to 7-12 on the campaign. The Cougars host Buffalo Gap (Swoope, VA) to confront the Bison in a non-league game on Friday, February 7. The Bison go into the game with a record of 10-3.
