The Valley Christian Trojans basketball team scored 80 points and limited the visiting Apache Junction Prospectors to 44 in the Trojans league triumph on Tuesday.

The Trojans now possess a 7-0 record.

With the loss, Apache Junction falls to 4-14 on the campaign. The Prospectors host Globe (Globe, AZ) to confront the Tigers in a game on Thursday, February 6. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 0-5. Globe lost 80-25 in their recent league game against Coolidge (Coolidge, AZ)
