In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Culpeper County Blue Devils basketball team scored a good 44-28 triumph over the James Monroe Yellow Jackets.
The Blue Devils (4-12) will now prepare for their contest against Caroline (Milford, VA). The Cavaliers go into the non-league contest with a 6-8 record.
In their next game, the Yellow Jackets battle the Chancellor Chargers (Fredericksburg, VA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, February 6. James Monroe will attempt to better on its 7-6 season record. The Chargers go into the contest with a 10-5 record after their 45-39 league loss to Courtland (Spotsylvania, VA).
