With the victory, North Henderson advances its record to 12-8 on the year. The Knights host Smoky Mountain (Sylva, NC) to face the Mustangs in a non-league match on Thursday, February 6. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 6-11. Smoky Mountain lost 60-43 in their recent non-league match against Franklin (Franklin, NC)

The Eagles now own a 8-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pisgah for a non-league match on Friday, February 7. East Henderson will face a Bears squad coming off a 53-15 non-league win over Tuscola (Waynesville, NC). The Bears record now stands at 17-3.
