With the victory, Wake Prep Academy upgrades its record to 10-2 on the year. The Guardians host Franklin Academy (Wake Forest, NC) to face the Patriots in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 11. The Patriots enter the match with a record of 9-9.
The Firebirds now sport a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chatham Central for a non-league match on Thursday, February 6. Falls Lake will face a Bears squad coming off a 64-30 non-league win over South Davidson (Denton, NC). The Bears record now stands at 13-3.
