With the victory, Overhills advances its record to 13-0 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Triton (Erwin, NC) to meet the Hawks in a battle on Friday, February 7. The Hawks enter the battle with a record of 13-3. Triton lost 71-59 in their recent non-league battle against Terry Sanford (Fayetteville, NC)

The Trojans now own a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to E.E. Smith for a battle on Wednesday, February 5. Harnett Central will meet a Golden Bulls squad coming off a 63-27 non-league win over Western Harnett (Lillington, NC). The Golden Bulls record now stands at 5-8.
