The Hillside Hornets basketball team scored 70 points and limited the host Northern Durham Knights to 38 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Hornets now have a 8-7 record. They play next when they host East Chapel Hill for a game on Friday, February 7. Hillside will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 51-47 non-league loss to Riverside-Durham (Durham, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-8.

With the loss, Northern Durham falls to 2-15 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Friday, February 7. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 12-4. Chapel Hill lost 45-42 in their recent league game against Jordan (Durham, NC)
