In Tuesday's league contest, the host Leadership Academy Falcons basketball team scored a big 59-28 triumph over the Triad Math and Science Academy Bengals.

The Falcons (10-7) will now prepare for their contest against College Prep & Leadership Academy (Jamestown, NC). The Royals go into the non-league contest with a 12-7 record. In their last contest, College Prep & Leadership Academy was trounced by Winston-Salem Prep (Winston-Salem, NC), 64-58, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Bengals battle the Piedmont Classical Bobcats (Browns Summit, NC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, February 7. Triad Math and Science Academy will attempt to better on its 1-15 season record. The Bobcats go into the contest with a 4-11 record after their 73-33 league loss to Carver (Winston-Salem, NC).
