The Nome-Beltz Nanooks basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Glennallen Panthers to 37 in the Nanooks non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Nanooks now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Pole for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 10. Nome-Beltz will battle a Patriots team coming off a 64-16 league loss to West Valley (Fairbanks, AK). The Patriots record now stands at 4-8.
The Panthers (0-10) will now prepare for their contest against Seward (Seward, AK). The Seahawks enter the non-league contest with a 3-9 record. In their last contest, Seward triumphed over Bethel (Bethel, AK), 52-32, in a non-league contest.
