Tapestry Thunderhawks (Buffalo, NY) backers were in high spirits Sunday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Global Concepts Gators (Lackawanna, NY), 51-49 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Tapestry upgrades its record to 11-5 on the season. The Thunderhawks travel to Christian Central Academy (Williamsville, NY) to clash with the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Monday, February 6. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 9-6. Christian Central Academy lost 62-57 in their recent non-league bout against Medina (Medina, NY)

Next up, the Gators clash with the Western New York Maritime Charter Commodores (Buffalo, NY) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Global Concepts will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Commodores go into the bout with a 5-10 record after their 69-52 non-league loss to St. Mary's (Lancaster, NY).
