The Bartlett Golden Bears (Anchorage, AK) basketball felled the visiting Service Cougars (Anchorage, AK), 59-48 in Monday's league test.
The Golden Bears (7-8) will now prepare for their test against West Anchorage (Anchorage, AK). The Eagles go into the 4A Cook Inlet test with a 11-5 record. In their last test, West Anchorage thwarted South Anchorage (Anchorage, AK), 63-55, in a league test.
The Cougars now own a 12-5 record. They play next when they host Eagle River for a 4A Cook Inlet test on Tuesday, February 6. Service will encounter a Wolves squad coming off a 76-74 league loss to West Anchorage (Anchorage, AK). The Wolves record now stands at 2-13.
