The Bonsall Legionnaires basketball team scored 40 points and held the host Southern California Yeshiva Hawks to 37 in the Legionnaires league triumph on Monday.

The Legionnaires now sport a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Preuss UCSD for a Sierra bout on Tuesday, February 6. Bonsall will play a Tritons squad coming off a 46-43 league loss to The Cambridge School (San Diego, CA). The Tritons record now stands at 6-20.

Next up, the Hawks play the Liberty Charter Lions (Alpine, CA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 5. Southern California Yeshiva will attempt to upgrade on its 10-9 season record. The Lions come into the bout with a 5-14 record after their 56-16 non-league loss to Coastal Academy (Oceanside, CA).
