Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Loyalsock Township nips Danville

Loyalsock Township Lancers (Williamsport, PA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Danville Ironmen (Danville, PA), 48-47 in a non-league test.

The Lancers (20-1) will now prepare for their test against Wellsboro (Wellsboro, PA). The Hornets go into the non-league test with a 12-6 record.

The Ironmen now own a 12-4 record. They play next when they travel to Williamsport for a non-league test on Thursday, February 8. Danville will encounter a Millionaires squad coming off a 58-43 non-league loss to Loyalsock Township (Williamsport, PA). The Millionaires record now stands at 3-13.
