The Eagleton College & Career Academy Royals basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Maryville Christian Eagles to 49 in the Royals non-league triumph on Monday.

The Royals now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Seymour for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 6. Eagleton College & Career Academy will battle a Eagles team coming off a 82-66 non-league win over Pigeon Forge (Pigeon Forge, TN). The Eagles record now stands at 4-20.

The Eagles (16-8) will now prepare for their contest against Knoxville Ambassadors (Knoxville, TN). The Ambassadors enter the non-league contest with a 8-12 record. In their last contest, Knoxville Ambassadors was nudged by CSTHEA (Chattanooga, TN), 82-45, in a non-league contest.
