Vermont High School Basketball - Stowe overwhelmed by Hazen

The Hazen Wildcats basketball team scored 89 points and restricted the host Stowe Raiders to 33 in the Wildcats league victory on Monday.
The Wildcats now sport a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Country Union for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 7. Hazen will battle a Falcons team coming off a 74-27 non-league win over Peoples Academy (Morrisville, VT). The Falcons record now stands at 11-4.
The Raiders (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against Winooski (Winooski, VT). The Spartans come into the Mountain contest with a 12-3 record. In their last contest, Winooski triumphed over Bellows Free Academy (Fairfax, VT), 54-33, in a league contest.
