The Oak Ridge Wildcats basketball team scored 81 points and held the host Knoxville Central Bobcats to 47 in the Wildcats league triumph on Monday.
The Wildcats now sport a 18-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Powell for a 4A District 3 contest on Thursday, February 8. Oak Ridge will battle a Panthers team coming off a 60-35 league win over Halls (Knoxville, TN). The Panthers record now stands at 20-4.
The Bobcats (10-12) will now prepare for their contest against Campbell County (Jacksboro, TN). The Cougars enter the 4A District 3 contest with a 7-17 record. In their last contest, Campbell County was routed by Halls (Knoxville, TN), 75-60, in a league contest.
