The Laconia Spartans basketball team scored 75 points and restricted the host Ripon Tigers to 47 in the Spartans non-league victory on Monday.
The Spartans now sport a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Winnebago Lutheran Academy for a Flyway contest on Thursday, February 8. Laconia will battle a Vikings team coming off a 80-66 league win over Mayville (Mayville, WI). The Vikings record now stands at 14-6.
The Tigers (6-14) will now prepare for their contest against Waupun (Waupun, WI). The Warriors come into the East Central contest with a 12-7 record. In their last contest, Waupun was routed by Kiel (Kiel, WI), 69-67, in a non-league contest.
