Minnesota High School Basketball - Lanesboro tipped by Mabel-Canton

In Monday's league match, the visiting Mabel-Canton Cougars basketball team scored a tight 90-83 triumph over the Lanesboro Burros.

In their next game, the Cougars meet the Spring Grove Lions (Spring Grove, MN) in a A Section 1 match, on Tuesday, February 6. Mabel-Canton will attempt to move on its 10-10 season record. The Lions enter the match with a 18-1 record after their 79-26 league win over Lyle/Pacelli (Lyle, MN).

With the defeat, Lanesboro moves to 6-15 on the year. The Burros travel to Houston (Houston, MN) to meet the Hurricanes in a A Section 1 match on Thursday, February 8. The Hurricanes enter the match with a record of 12-9. Houston won 57-51 in their recent non-league match against Pepin/Alma (Pepin, WI)
