In Monday's league match, the visiting Long Reach Lightning basketball team scored a good 73-62 triumph over the Wilde Lake Wildecats.

In their next game, the Lightning face the Centennial Eagles (Ellicott City, MD) in a Howard County match, on Wednesday, February 7. Long Reach will attempt to move on its 17-1 season record.
