Wellspring Prep (Grand Rapids, MI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Martin Clippers (Martin, MI), 81-52 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Wellspring Prep upgrades its record to 11-5 on the season. The travel to Muskegon Heights (Muskegon Heights, MI) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 3-7. Muskegon Heights won 73-69 in their recent non-league bout against Phoenix (Kalamazoo, MI)

Next up, the Clippers play the Bridgman Bees (Bridgman, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Martin will attempt to upgrade on its 0-14 season record. The Bees go into the bout with a 10-7 record after their 52-32 non-league loss to Paw Paw (Paw Paw, MI).
