The Cheyenne Mountain Red-Tailed Hawks (Colorado Springs, CO) basketball crushed the visiting Rampart Rams (Colorado Springs, CO), 83-26 in Monday's non-league test.
The Red-Tailed Hawks (14-4) will now prepare for their test against Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO). The Kadets go into the test with a 1-6 record. In their last test, Air Academy was trounced by Lewis-Palmer (Monument, CO), 55-33, in a league test.
The Rams now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they host Doherty for a test on Wednesday, February 7. Rampart will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 53-44 league win over Liberty (Colorado Springs, CO). The Spartans record now stands at 10-5.
