In Monday's league outing, the American History Bald Eagles (Newark, NJ) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting People's Prep (Newark, NJ), by a margin of 59-24.

The Bald Eagles (13-5) will now prepare for their outing against Newark Vocational (Newark, NJ). The Eagles go into the Freelance outing with a 0-4 record.

The now own a 0-11 record. They play next when they travel to Hillside for a non-league outing on Friday, February 9. People's Prep will clash with a Comets squad coming off a 47-14 non-league loss to Plainfield (Plainfield, NJ). The Comets record now stands at 4-15.
