Kansas High School Basketball - Jefferson County North nudges Atchison County

In Monday's non-league outing, the Jefferson County North Chargers (Winchester, KS) basketball squad edged the visiting Atchison County Tigers (Effingham, KS), by a margin of 33-30.

The Chargers (10-4) will now prepare for their outing against Horton (Horton, KS). The Chargers go into the non-league outing with a 4-9 record. In their last outing, Horton was tipped by Valley Falls (Valley Falls, KS), 50-39, in a league outing.
