Maryland High School Basketball - Joppatowne knocked off by Bel Air

The Bel Air Bobcats basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Joppatowne Mariners to 37 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Monday.
The Bobcats now sport a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Perryville for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 8. Bel Air will meet a Panthers team coming off a 59-23 league win over Bohemia Manor (Chesapeake City, MD). The Panthers record now stands at 9-9.
The Mariners (3-13) will now prepare for their contest against North Harford (Pylesville, MD). The Hawks enter the Upper Chesapeake Bay - Susquehanna contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, North Harford ran past C. Milton Wright (Bel Air, MD), 44-40, in a non-league contest.
