In Monday's non-league outing, the Bloomfield Bengals (Bloomfield, NJ) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Fort Lee Bridgemen (Fort Lee, NJ), by a margin of 60-26.
The Bengals (9-9) will now prepare for their outing against Central (Newark, NJ). The Blue Devils go into the Super Essex - Liberty outing with a 14-9 record. In their last outing, Central smashed West Essex (North Caldwell, NJ), 56-51, in a league outing.
The Bridgemen now own a 9-12 record. They play next when they host Dwight Morrow for a Big North - American outing on Thursday, February 8.
