Ohio High School Basketball - Buckeye Local topped by Shenandoah

The Shenandoah Zeps basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the visiting Buckeye Local Panthers to 53 in the Zeps league victory on Monday.

The Zeps now sport a 9-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cambridge for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 7. Shenandoah will battle a Bobcats team coming off a 55-27 non-league win over Tuscarawas Central Catholic (New Philadelphia, OH). The Bobcats record now stands at 4-16.

The Panthers (12-9) will now prepare for their contest against Bellaire (Bellaire, OH). The Big Reds come into the non-league contest with a 13-8 record. In their last contest, Bellaire was defeated by River (Hannibal, OH), 49-39, in a non-league contest.
