Maine High School Basketball - Washburn routs East Grand

In Monday's league outing, the Washburn Beavers (Washburn, ME) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting East Grand Vikings (Dansforth, ME), by a margin of 53-29.
The Beavers (8-9) will now prepare for their outing against Wisdom (St. Agatha, ME). The Pioneers go into the D North outing with a 12-5 record. In their last outing, Wisdom smashed Van Buren (Van Buren, ME), 60-4, in a league outing.
The Vikings now own a 3-14 record. They play next when they travel to Lee Academy for a D North outing on Wednesday, February 7. East Grand will clash with a Pandas squad coming off a 35-23 non-league loss to Orono (Orono, ME). The Pandas record now stands at 3-12.
