In Monday's non-league outing, the Glenwood Tigers (New Boston, OH) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Fairview Eagles (Ashland, KY), by a count of 50-11.

The Tigers (8-12) will now prepare for their outing against Clay (Portsmouth, OH). The Panthers go into the Southern Ohio I outing with a 6-9 record. In their last outing, Clay was crushed by Notre Dame (Portsmouth, OH), 56-17, in a league outing.

The Eagles now hold a 3-19 record. They play next when they host East Carter for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 6. Fairview will clash with a Raiders squad coming off a 55-45 league loss to Elliott County (Sandy Hook, KY). The Raiders record now stands at 12-10.
