Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Georgetown Visitation Prep Cubs (Washington, DC) and the host Flint Hill Huskies (Oakton, VA), saw Georgetown Visitation Prep's basketball squad knock off Flint Hill by a count of 58-38.

With the victory, Georgetown Visitation Prep upgrades its record to 8-12 on the campaign. The Cubs travel to Potomac School (McLean, VA) to play the Panthers in a Independent School challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 14-6. Potomac School lost 64-50 in their recent league challenge against Bullis (Potomac, MD)

Next up, the Huskies play the Sidwell Friends Quakers (Washington, DC) in a Freelance challenge, on Wednesday, February 7. Flint Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 8-13 season record. The Quakers go into the test with a 16-3 record after their 69-24 league win over St. Andrew's Episcopal (Potomac, MD).
